There are people who think that God doesn't hear our cries especially in difficult times, but the good news is, He hears even the cries of our hearts.
In times of difficulties or hardships, oppression, need or even in simple issues, God sees our situations and He is there ready to hear our cries. There's a verse in the video below that is really encouraging.
